Basic cleaning of unit
Basic cleaning of condenser coil (outside coil only)
Basic line flush, with air or vacuum
Electrical safety inspection (every two years)
Yearly water heater maintenance
Terms: May cancel any time, any services or discounts received will be required to be paid in full at time of cancellation if the membership payments have not exceeded the cost of benefits provided. This membership plan applies to one HVAC unit. Maintenance on additional units is extra.
